Ingredients
- Buckwheat Groats - 10.6 oz
- Frozen White Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Mushroom seasoning - 20 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Soy Meat - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dill - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Soak the soy meat in hot water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Step 4
In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
Step 5
Add the garlic and sauté for another 30 seconds.
Step 6
Add the buckwheat, stir, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add the mushrooms and soy meat, and stir.
Step 8
Pour in the broth, add a little salt, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until the buckwheat is cooked.
Step 9
Taste the cooked buckwheat and season with salt and pepper to your liking, if necessary.
Step 10
Serve the buckwheat garnished with dill.
