  • Olive Oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1½ tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In boiling salted water, add bulgur and cook on low heat with a lid for 15 minutes.

Step 2
