Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth - 12 fl oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Celery - 1 stalk
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Bulgur - 3.2 oz
- Lentils - 0.5 oz
- Curry - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Ginger - ½ teaspoon
- Sea Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Narsharab Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the carrot and celery.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the vegetables until soft.
Step 3
Add bulgur and a pinch of lentils, mixing thoroughly.
Step 4
Add spices to taste (salt, pepper, curry, ginger, etc.).
Step 5
Pour in hot vegetable broth, reduce heat to low, and cook covered until ready (about 20 minutes).
Step 6
When serving, add a little narsharab sauce if you want to make the dish spicier.
