  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Saffron - 0 oz
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Mild Chili Spice - 0.5 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
  • Lemon - 0.5 piece
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Goat cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Salted crackers - 1.8 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the bulgur according to the package instructions, adding saffron.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.

Step 3

Sauté the onion, garlic, and chili pepper.

Step 4

Add the bell pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, and juice from half a lemon.

Step 5

Cook for about 10 minutes, then stir in half of the cilantro, cheese, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Combine the vegetables and bulgur in a large bowl, serve topped with the remaining cheese, cilantro, and toasted salted almonds.
