Bullhead Cutlets
Ingredients
- Bullheads - 28.2 oz
- White bread - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Dill - 0.7 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak the white bread in milk and let it absorb.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion.
Step 4
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Finely chop all the herbs.
Step 6
Remove the heads and spines with large bones from the bullheads.
Step 7
Pass the bullhead fillets along with the small bones through a meat grinder with a fine mesh.
Step 8
Add the fried onion, herbs, soaked bread, salt, and pepper to the minced meat. Mix the filling and beat it well.
Step 9
Shape the cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 10
Serve the bullhead cutlets with your favorite side dish, such as mashed potatoes.
