Ingredients

  • Prosciutto - 2.1 oz
  • Watermelon - 7.1 oz
  • Spinach - 11.3 oz
  • Corn Salad - 1.1 oz
  • Ranch Dressing - 1.4 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
  • Orange juice concentrate - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash all the herbs.

Step 2

Arrange a mix of salad greens, corn, and spinach on a plate.

Step 3

Remove the burrata from the brine.

Step 4

Add half of the burrata to the plate.

Step 5

Slice the prosciutto into thin slices.

Step 6

Cut the melon into cubes.
