Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the butterfish fillet with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with finely chopped dill, and fry on both sides in refined sunflower oil.
Step 2
Remove the fish and in the same oil, sauté the onion (previously sliced into rings) until golden brown.
Step 3
Then add the halved cherry tomatoes, champignon mushrooms, and the fried fish fillet to the oil with the onion, and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
When serving, it is recommended to garnish the dish with sautéed cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, potato puree rosettes, and lightly fried spaghetti.
