  • Low-fat lactose-free milk - 1 cup
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix together the buttermilk, rosemary, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 2

Add the chicken to the marinade and stir. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Step 3

Preheat the grill.

Step 4

Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook until done, turning occasionally.

Step 5

Wrap in foil and let rest for 5 minutes, then serve immediately.
