Description

- Red Cabbage - ¼ piece
- Pomegranate - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take 1 large orange or 2 small ones.
Step 2
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Remove the core and skin from the apple, and slice it.
Step 4
Peel the orange and slice it in the same way.

Add the fruits to the cabbage.

In a dry skillet, toast the walnuts for 1-2 minutes, then chop them coarsely with a knife.

In a separate bowl, combine honey with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad.

Gather the pomegranate seeds: cut it in half, place one half in your palm, and gently tap the skin with a spoon.

Sprinkle the fruit and cabbage mixture with pomegranate seeds and toasted walnuts.
