- Green Papaya - ½ head
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sherry, minced garlic, sugar, and salt. Add 2 teaspoons of water and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Thinly slice half a head of cabbage to yield about 8 cups, and transfer to a large bowl. Add parsley and dressing. Toss and refrigerate for 1 hour.
