Ingredients
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 14.1 oz
- Veal Mince - 24.7 oz
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 1½ cups
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Make the sauce: mix sour cream, tomato sauce, water, salt, and spices.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage and place it in a baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle a layer of raw rice on top of the cabbage.
Step 4
Pour half of the sauce over the rice.
Step 5
Spread the minced meat on top and evenly pour the remaining half of the sauce over it.
Step 6
Place in the oven at 200-428°F for 50-60 minutes.
