- Kefir - 3 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried onion powder - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Green Peas - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, salt, sugar, baking soda, and eggs.
Step 2
Add pepper and flour. Whisk with a fork.
Step 3
Chop the cabbage and knead it with salt.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients for the filling, adding peas. Pour over the batter, mix. Transfer to a greased baking dish (grease with oil and sprinkle with semolina). Bake for 30–40 minutes at 356°F.
