Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese - 2.1 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Black rice (imperial) - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the cabbage and separate it into leaves. Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water until soft, then place them in a colander.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Add the cooked rice and sauté for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 3
Grate the feta cheese. Mix half of the grated feta with the rice.
Step 4
Chop the eggs and combine them with the rice. Add salt and mix well.
Step 5
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cabbage leaves, the rice mixture, and then the remaining cabbage. Sprinkle with the remaining feta and bake.
