- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce - 0.4 oz
- Sriracha - 0 fl oz
- Unagi Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 0 fl oz
- Tuna - to taste
- Scallions - to taste
- Grapeseed Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the fritters. Shred the cabbage, blanch it in boiling water, and let it cool.
Step 2
Add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and chopped dill.
Step 3
Spoon the mixture onto a skillet and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Prepare the spicy sauce. Mix 50 grams of mayonnaise, kimchi, sriracha, 10 grams of unagi sauce, and chili, and mix well. Done.
Step 5
Prepare the unagi mayo sauce. Mix 50 grams of mayonnaise, coconut milk, grapeseed oil, and 40 milliliters of unagi sauce. Mix well. Done.
Step 6
Slice the eel into thin slices.
Step 7
Assemble the dish. Place eel slices on the cabbage fritter and sear with a kitchen torch.
