Description
This dish is certainly not what you would call diet-friendly, despite the presence of cabbage :). Serve with sour cream.

- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Milk - ⅓ cup
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz

Step 1
Boil the cabbage.
Step 2
For the batter, beat 2 eggs and ⅓ cup of milk or cream, add a pinch of salt and flour until a semi-liquid batter forms, similar in thickness to sour cream. You can add grated cheese, crushed garlic, finely chopped herbs, and spices to the batter to taste and preference.
Step 3
Dip the cabbage leaves in the batter (on both sides) and fry in a preheated skillet until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
