Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely shred the cabbage. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sprinkle the onion and diced bacon with flour and sauté in pork fat. Add the cabbage, mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and braise in the oven for 20 minutes.
