Description

Ingredients
- White Cabbage - 2 lbs
- Milk - ½ glasses
- Semolina - ½ glasses
- Breadcrumbs - ½ glasses
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 3 spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, finely shred it, and place it in a pot. Pour in hot milk, put the pot on the stove, cover it with a lid, and simmer until tender, approximately 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
Gradually sprinkle semolina into the cooked cabbage, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and continue to simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
After that, remove the pot from the heat, add the egg yolks and salt to the cabbage, mix well, and let it cool.
Step 4
From the chilled mixture, shape into patties, dip them in egg whites, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides. Serve the patties with a milk or sour cream sauce.
