Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Young Cabbage - 3.5 oz
- Radishes - 3 pieces
- Chicken Eggs - 3 pieces
- Green onions - 1.4 oz
- Fresh Dill - 3 stems
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the vegetables and herbs and dry them well.
Step 2
Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes or thin strips (you can peel them if desired).
Step 4
Grate the radishes on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Chop the eggs with a knife.
Step 6
Finely chop the green onions.
Step 7
Chop the dill.
Step 8
In a large bowl, place the cabbage, add a little salt, and mix.
Step 9
Add the cucumbers, radishes, eggs, green onions, and dill – mix well.
Step 10
Dress the salad with sour cream and serve.
