- White Cabbage - 8.8 oz
- Meat - 3.5 oz
- Rice - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 1.1 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Rutabaga - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Broth - 2 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cabbage head (without the core) in salted water until half-cooked, separate the leaves, and cut the stem from each leaf.
Step 2
Next, chop the carrot and rutabaga into small cubes and sauté them with butter in a small amount of water.
Step 3
Boil the meat, pass it through a meat grinder, combine it with the sautéed vegetables, boiled fluffy rice, and chopped herbs, mix well, and divide into 2–3 portions, wrapping them in cabbage leaves, place in a pot, pour sour cream sauce over, and bake.
Step 4
To prepare the sour cream sauce, mix the flour with sour cream and pour this mixture into boiling vegetable broth (75 g); let it boil for 5 minutes, strain, add 5 g of butter (in a piece), and mix well.
