- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Apple - 3.5 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Spinach - 0.7 oz
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the core out of a dense head of cabbage and boil the cabbage until semi-cooked, then drain in a colander and let the water drain off, after which separate the cabbage into individual leaves. Trim the thick stems from each leaf and lay the leaves out on a board.
Step 2
Simultaneously, chop the spinach, place it in a pot, add a little water, add the washed raisins and 5 g of butter, and sauté for 5 minutes; then combine this with the chopped dried apricot and apples, place it on the cabbage leaves, fold them into envelopes, and fry on both sides in butter. Serve the cabbage rolls with sour cream.
