- Onion - 0.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - ½ piece
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cabbage; then chop the onion, sauté it in butter, add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 10–12 minutes, after which add chopped parsley and hard-boiled chopped egg.
Step 2
Make cabbage rolls from the filling and cabbage leaves, pour sour cream over them and bake.
