Ingredients
- Ground meat - 14.1 oz
- Boiled White Round Rice - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 heads
- Carrot - 1 piece
- White Cabbage - 1 head
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 3 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare any ground meat.
Step 2
Add 1 chicken egg and 1 grated onion to the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Add the boiled round rice. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
To easily separate the cabbage leaves, immerse the head of cabbage in boiling water. For convenience, insert a knife into the center of the head.

Separate the cabbage leaves.
Step 6
Flatten the leaf. Place the filling on the edge of the cabbage.

Roll it up like an envelope.

Place the cabbage rolls in a heatproof dish.

Chop the second onion into small cubes.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

In a well-heated pan with oil, sauté the onion.
