Description

This salad is served with all roasted and boiled meat dishes, with fried and boiled fish, as a side dish for cold meat and fish dishes, and also as an independent dish.

Ingredients

  • White Cabbage - 17.6 oz
  • Celery salt - 1 piece
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Vinegar essence - 2 fl oz
  • Sugar - 0.5 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Slice the peeled apples, and cut the celery into strips about 4-5 cm long.

Step 2

Clean and rinse the cabbage head, remove the core, finely shred it, lightly salt, and rub it with your hands until the cabbage becomes soft. Squeeze out the excess juice. Then place the cabbage in a salad bowl, pour in the vinegar mixed with sugar, and leave it for 30-40 minutes.

Step 3

Mix everything in the salad bowl, add sugar, and drizzle with vinegar.
