Description

Ingredients

  • White Cabbage - 26.5 oz
  • Parsley - 6 stems
  • Green Apples - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1.8 oz
  • Cumin leaves - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Curry - a pinch
  • Blue Cheese - 6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 2.3 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 2.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely shred the cabbage. Place it in a bowl and cover with cold water. Leave for 2 hours, changing the water 3-4 times. Drain the water and dry well.

Step 2

Chop the parsley leaves. Peel the apple and carrot, then grate or julienne them. Add everything to the cabbage and mix well. Add crushed cumin, salt, pepper, and curry. Mix again.

Step 3

Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the salad. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise and drizzle over the salad. Mix well before serving.
