- Grapefruits - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste

Finely shred the cabbage. Remove the core from the apple, cut it into strips, add the juice of half a lemon, and mix.

Combine the cabbage, apple, and grapes. Dress with vegetable oil.
