  • Tuscan kale - 2 pieces
  • Pomegranate Seeds - ½ cup
  • Ricotta cheese - 2.1 oz

Step 1

To prepare the cabbage salad with pomegranate, mix the shallot, vinegar, and pomegranate molasses in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for five minutes.
