- White Cabbage - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

Finely shred the cabbage.
Step 3
Dice the onion into small cubes.
Step 4
Grate the carrot using a coarse grater.
Step 5
In a heavy-bottomed pot, heat vegetable oil and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.

Add the carrot and sauté for another 3 minutes, then add the crushed garlic and stir.

Add the cabbage and mix again.
