Cabbage with blue cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • White Cabbage - ½ pieces
  • Blue Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Cilantro - 0.4 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the cabbage into wedges.

Step 2

Mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture onto the cabbage, wrapping each section in foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 356°F.

Step 3

Melt the cheese in the cream over low heat. Add pepper to taste.

Step 4

Toast the cumin seeds in a skillet. Add to the cream mixture.

Step 5

Sauté the cooked cabbage in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 6

Serve the cooked cabbage with hot sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
