- Chicken fillet - 15.9 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Green pickled tomatoes - 14.1 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 8.8 oz
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Basil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into cubes and place it on a baking sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 150–356°F.
Step 2
Add the onion and garlic and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add the pieces of pickled tomatoes, oregano, and basil, drizzle the breasts with tomato paste (if the paste is too thick, you can add a quarter cup of boiled water), and return the baking sheet to the oven for another 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with a side of vegetables or potatoes.
