Ingredients

  • Shrimp - 3.5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 2.5 oz
  • Green peppercorns - 0.1 oz
  • Pasilla Pepper - 0.1 oz
  • Green peppercorns - 0.1 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Broth - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop the pepper with a knife.

Step 2

Sauté the pepper in a dry skillet for one minute.

Step 3

Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Chop the shrimp.

Step 5

Pour olive oil into the skillet and add garlic.

Step 6

Sauté the shrimp for one minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Grate the cheese using a fine grater.

Step 8

Pour one liter of water into a pot and add a tablespoon of salt.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Add a spoonful of hot water from the pasta to the cheese.

Add the broth with roasted peppers to the mixture.

Blend everything until smooth.

Remove the garlic from the skillet with the shrimp.

Add the pasta to the shrimp.
