Description
It now seems that Caesar Salad has always existed. Many believe that it was eaten by Julius Caesar, and that's how the dish got its name. However, it was first created by a chef named Cardini in 1924, and it was essentially a kitchen-sink dish: everything that could be found in the kitchen was used. You can also add anchovies to the dressing, which were not part of Cardini's original recipe, as they are already included in the Worcestershire sauce.
