Caesar Salad with Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 1.8 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Tilsit Cheese - 7.1 oz
- White Part of Leek - 1.8 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 2 bunches
- Caesar Dressing - 1½ teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Grapefruits - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta (spaghetti won't work - use short pasta).
Step 2
Bake the chicken breast in the oven (season with salt and pepper beforehand) for 20 minutes at 428°F.
Step 3
Cut the Tilsiter cheese into cubes, slice the leek into thin rings, and dice the tomatoes and chicken. If the grapes are large, it's also advisable to cut them.
Step 4
Mix everything together, add the pasta.
Step 5
Combine the mayonnaise with the Caesar dressing (it's tastier this way, but optional) and add to the salad. Toss to combine.
