Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 10.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 7.1 oz
- Quail Egg - 8 pieces
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1 head
- French Baguette - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dijon Mustard - ½ tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into small strips, season with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then, fry the salmon pieces in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.
Step 3
Crush the two cloves of garlic, pour in olive oil, add salt, and let it steep for 15 minutes.

Next, cut the baguette into cubes, pour the garlic oil (from step 3) into a heated skillet, and fry the baguette; optionally, you can dry it in the oven after frying.

For the dressing, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice, grainy mustard (you can add a bit of garlic).

Tear the Iceberg lettuce by hand.

Mix the lettuce with the dressing.
Step 8
Place the dressed Iceberg lettuce on a plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 9
Cut the eggs and tomatoes in half and arrange them on plates.

Add croutons, fried salmon, and sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
