Description
I use store-bought Caesar dressing; however, it can be made at home using a special mix and yogurt. Alternatively, you can prepare a homemade dressing.
Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce - 8.8 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 12.3 oz
- Marinated cherries - 12 pieces
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 1.4 oz
- Quail Egg - 10 pieces
- Caesar Dressing - 2 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the salad leaves under cold water. Tear them and lay them at the bottom of the plate.
Step 2
Drizzle the leaves with Caesar dressing and toss to combine.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on the salad leaves.
Step 4
Boil the quail eggs, cool them down, and arrange them around the edges of the plate.
Step 5
Add the shrimp (without thawing) to boiling salted water and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Place a piece of butter (about 20 g) onto a hot skillet and add the shrimp. Sauté for 2–3 minutes on both sides.
Step 7
Place the cooked shrimp on top of the cherry tomatoes and drizzle with Caesar dressing.
Step 8
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs made from white bread, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts on top.
