Ingredients
- Quinoa - 4 spoons
- Mango - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
- Apple - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 0.2 oz
- Shizo Salad - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Magadan shrimp - 16 pieces
- Crab Meat - 4.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook for 15 minutes, then cool.
Step 2
Peel the mango, avocado, apple, and cucumber, then cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the previously thawed shrimp and shred the crab meat into strands.
Step 4
Mix the oil with lemon juice. Combine all the ingredients with the dressing and transfer to a salad bowl. Add the crab and shrimp. Garnish with mint and salad before serving.
