Ingredients

  • Quinoa - 4 spoons
  • Mango - 1 piece
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Cucumbers - 3.5 oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Fresh Mint - 0.2 oz
  • Shizo Salad - 0.4 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 spoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Magadan shrimp - 16 pieces
  • Crab Meat - 4.2 oz

Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook for 15 minutes, then cool.

Peel the mango, avocado, apple, and cucumber, then cut them into small cubes.
