Ingredients
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Turkey - 7.1 oz
- Potato - 1 piece
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Smoked salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 7.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine water, yeast, salt, sugar, and the egg white.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add flour and mix again.
Step 5
Pour in the olive oil (20 ml).
Step 6
Knead the dough. Set aside while preparing the filling.
Step 7
Slice the onion into half rings and chop the garlic.
Step 8
Heat a pan with olive oil (30 ml).

Sauté the onion with garlic.
Step 10
Add the ground turkey and cook for 3 minutes over medium heat.

Finely chop the tomato.

Add the tomato, paprika, pepper, spicy sauce to the turkey, and salt to taste.

Chop the herbs.

Mix the turkey filling with the herbs.

Grate the cheese.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out one part to a thickness of 5 mm.

Place half of the filling on one edge of the dough.

Sprinkle half of the cheese on top.

Fold in half and pinch the edges.

Brush with egg yolk. Repeat the same process with the second half of the ingredients.

Bake in an oven preheated to 392°F for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
