Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 8.8 oz
- Fresh Yeast - 0.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Salami - 0.9 oz
- Ham - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ricotta cheese - 0.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with 3/4 teaspoon of salt and pour it onto the table, leaving a well in the center. Combine the yeast with 120 ml of warm water, mix well, and pour it into the well. Gradually knead the dough until it becomes soft and elastic. Form into a ball, make a cross-shaped cut on top, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 3 hours until it doubles in size.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Divide the dough in half and roll out into two even circles about 5 mm thick, ensuring the edges are thicker than the center. Mix the sliced mozzarella, salami, ham, and egg, then fold in the ricotta, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the filling on one half of each circle and cover with the other half, sealing the edges well. Place on baking paper and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
