Open the can, transfer the crawfish tails along with the sauce to a pot, and heat them.
Step 2
Separately, boil the peeled potatoes cut into quarters in salted water. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and dress them with heated oil.
Step 3
When serving, place the potatoes on a warmed round dish, and in the center, place the crawfish tails with the sauce. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Fresh cucumbers or a green salad can be served on the side.
