Ingredients
- Canned cod liver - 12.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 7 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 teaspoon
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Aspen mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take natural canned fish (in its own juice), remove the fish from the can, cut it into pieces, and place it in a skillet.
Step 2
Arrange slices of fried potatoes around the fish. You can place slices of boiled eggs and fried white mushrooms on top of the fish pieces.
Step 3
Pour over the sauce prepared as follows: heat the sour cream together with the fish juice, and when it boils, add flour mixed with a teaspoon of oil. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring, and add salt.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish covered with sauce with grated cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle the fish with finely chopped parsley. Serve cucumbers on the side.
