Canned Squid and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dried Squid - 2 cans
- Krill Meat - 1 can
- Canned Corn - ½ can
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - ½ can
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Potato - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the egg, krill meat, and squid as finely as possible.
Step 2
Dice the cucumber (large) and 2 medium boiled potatoes into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the pineapple into triangles.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients with the corn. Dress with mayonnaise and add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
