Description

- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Canned Sturgeon in Tomato Sauce - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the fish from the can, cut it into pieces, and place it in a shallow pot.
Step 2
Pour in the sauce, add the sour cream, cover with a lid, and cook for 5–6 minutes.
Step 3
When serving, place the fish on a warmed dish, garnish with boiled potatoes dressed with oil, pour the sauce obtained during cooking over the fish, and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Serve fresh or pickled cucumbers alongside the fish.
