Ingredients
- Conchiglie Pasta - 14.1 oz
- Ground meat - 28.2 oz
- Pickles - 2 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 21.2 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 6 tablespoons
- Spices - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta for about 5 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil. Dice the pickles into small cubes. Grate the carrots and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Mix the ground meat with the onion, carrots, and pickles. Season with salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
Step 4
Blend the tomatoes with garlic and herbs in a blender. Add soy sauce, mayonnaise, and spices.
Step 5
Stuff the pasta with the meat and vegetable mixture.
Step 6
Place the cannelloni tightly next to each other on a pre-greased baking sheet.
Step 7
Top with 2/3 of the cheese and pour over the sauce. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 356°F.
Step 8
5 minutes before it's done, add the remaining cheese on top.
