Ingredients

  • Conchiglie Pasta - 8.8 oz
  • Lean Beef - 17.6 oz
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Scallions - 1 bunch
  • Baking Tomatoes - 1 can
  • Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 7.1 oz
  • Tomato Puree - 1 can
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley - to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil.

Step 2

Then add finely chopped onion and garlic, seasoning with all spices to taste.

Step 3

Next, add finely chopped green onion and canned tomatoes, mix everything well and simmer. The filling for the cannelloni should be relatively dry. If necessary, you can add a little white wine or water.

Step 4

Fill the cannelloni with the meat filling and place them in a baking dish.

Step 5

Mix the milk, tomato paste, and tomato puree with spices to taste until smooth. Pour the resulting sauce over the contents of the dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 6

Place the dish in a preheated oven at 374°F for 30 minutes.
