- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Baking Tomatoes - 1 can
- Milk - 13 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 7.1 oz
- Tomato Puree - 1 can
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil.
Step 2
Then add finely chopped onion and garlic, seasoning with all spices to taste.

Next, add finely chopped green onion and canned tomatoes, mix everything well and simmer. The filling for the cannelloni should be relatively dry. If necessary, you can add a little white wine or water.
