Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Melted Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Pesto - to taste
- Pistachios - 0.5 oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 1 teaspoon
- Herbs - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Basil - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes into slices about 0.5–0.7 cm thick.
Step 2
Add salt.
Step 3
Place the nuts in a dry skillet and toast over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Arrange the salad leaves on a plate.

Remove the toasted nuts from the heat and transfer them to a bowl to cool.

Slice the mozzarella.

Place a slice of tomato.
