However, the harmonious sauce, made from a mix of a handful of Asian ingredients, is so delightful that it brings the entire composition together. Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 10.6 oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
  • Cilantro - 0.2 oz
  • Ground coriander - 0.1 oz
  • Mirin - 0 fl oz
  • Sugar - 0.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Dill - 0 oz
  • Tarragon - 0.2 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, cilantro leaves, mirin, garlic, coriander, and sugar. Add a little olive oil and whisk to combine.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a blender and, while blending, gradually pour in the olive oil in a thin stream. At the same time, add 1 tablespoon of ice flakes to thicken the sauce.

Step 3

Slice all the tomatoes into evenly thick rounds and arrange them beautifully on a platter, with the larger ones on the bottom and the smaller ones on top.

Step 4

Drizzle with the resulting sauce, and garnish with dill umbrellas and finely chopped tarragon.
