  • Morels - 5.3 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Onion - 4.9 oz
  • Cream 22% - 13 fl oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
  • Aged gouda cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Arugula - 2.8 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2.8 oz
  • Cucumbers - 2.1 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes (check for doneness with a knife). Cool them down and cut each potato into 4 pieces, then fry in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.

Step 2

Finely chop the chicken fillet and onion with mushrooms into thin strips.

Step 3

Fry the chicken fillet in a pan for 10 minutes. Fry the onion separately. Once it is almost ready, add the mushrooms.

Step 4

Mix the mushrooms, onion, and chicken, add the cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil, then place the pan in a warm spot until the sauce thickens.

Step 5

In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, pour over the cream with chicken and mushrooms. Sprinkle grated Gouda cheese on top. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake until the cheese melts.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and top with arugula or any other salad greens and finely chopped vegetables.
