Caramel with Pumpkin
Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 3.5 oz
- Pumpkin - 10.6 oz
- Chives - 0.2 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling, take ripe pumpkin, cut it into cubes, and place it in the oven, seasoning with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Step 2
Pass the cooked pumpkin through a sieve. You can also blend it, but it's not quite the same.
Step 3
Add grated Parmesan, finely chopped chives, and a couple of drops of balsamic vinegar. Voilà, the filling is ready!
Step 4
Roll out the dough, cut it into even squares, place the filling, and shape the dough like a candy. Hence the name.
Step 5
Cook the caramel in butter.
Step 6
When serving, add grated Parmesan.
