Ingredients
- Spaghetti - 8.8 oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bacon - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly salt the water in a pot and boil the spaghetti until cooked. After cooking, drain in a colander.
Step 2
While the spaghetti is cooking, chop the bacon randomly and fry it over medium heat in a deep pot with a thick bottom.
Step 3
While the bacon is frying, peel and chop the garlic, then add it to the bacon.
Step 4
Grate the Parmesan cheese into a bowl, pour in the cream, and add the two yolks, mixing well.
Step 5
Add the Parmesan and cream mixture to the fried bacon, heating over low heat until the cheese melts. Do not let it boil. Turn off the heat.
Step 6
Add the spaghetti to the other ingredients and mix well.
Step 7
Serve the spaghetti, sprinkling a little ground pepper on top.
