Clean the fish, gut it, wash it under cold running water, dry it, rub it with salt and pepper, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Coat the carp with sour cream and place it on a sheet of foil.

Cut a small piece of ginger (4-5 cm) into 2-3 parts and place it inside the carp.
Step 4
Wrap the carp in foil and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. Bake on the middle rack at a temperature of 374°F.
