- Carp - 52.9 oz
- Thyme - 0.1 oz
- Rosemary - 0.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 2.8 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 1 fl oz
- Yakiniku sauce - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1.1 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.4 oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the whole fish and pat it dry, then coat it in flour, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté in vegetable oil until golden and crispy on both sides, adding a couple of garlic cloves, thyme, and rosemary.
Step 3
Bake the fried carp in the oven at 356°F for 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: to do this, mix all the sauces until smooth, then add finely chopped garlic, ginger, lime juice, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Step 5
Place the cooked carp on a plate, drizzle with the prepared sauce, and arrange the sliced lemon alongside.
